摘　　要：文章介绍了用背阔肌肌皮瓣治疗4例高压电损伤创面的结果及手术方法。提出了深度电损伤创面扩创的时机及原则。并介绍了典型病例。背阔肌肌皮瓣具有血供丰富、容易切取、抗感染能力强等优点，是修复肩、背部及上臂大范围深部组织缺损的理想皮瓣。4 patients with high voltage eIectric burn woundswere repaired using back broadest muscle flap. Theresults were satisfactory. The authors made a discus-sion on the optimal time and the principle of debriede-ment of deep eIectric burn wounds. Back broadestmuscle flap has rich blood supply and is highly resis-tant to infections. lt is easy to obtain. It is ideal forrepairing large area deep tissue defects in back andupper arms.
