摘　　要：通过对胆道疾患病人的肝脏活检与非胆道疾患病人肝活检对比分析，探讨对肝脏的影响，从而确定哪些胆道疾患必须手术，哪些胆道疾患可以不须手术。并对手术方法选择提出一些看法。By analyzing the comparison of the liver biopsy between the patients who suffer from the biliary tract diseases and those who do not suffer from them;the effects of the diseases on the liver have been studied so as to decide what kinds of biliary tract diseases have to be cured by an operation,and what not,have been decided,and the selection of the operation methods has been brought forward on this paper.
