摘 要:介绍了激光频率及波长的测量方法和当前发展动态,指出了每种测量方法的测量原理及测量不确定度,比较了各种测量方法的优缺点。提出了一种新的基于激光频率(波长)测量方法,该方法具有结构简单、易于实现、高精度等优点。Several methods for measuring laser frequency (wavelength) were reviewed, and the measurement principles and uncertainties of these methods were described in this paper. The advantages and disadvantages of these methods were discussed. At last, a novel method for measuring laser frequency(wavelength) based on a virtual synthetic wavelength was proposed. Compared with other methods, it has advantages with simple structure, easy realization and high accuracy.
