摘　　要：目的:研究注射用维通(WTI)对大鼠实验性肠粘连的防治作用。方法:选用SD大鼠,实验分为空白对照、模型对照、阳性对照组和WTI高、中、低剂量组,给药后对各组大鼠肠粘连程度进行评价,并进行血液生化学检测。结果:与模型对照组比较,WTI高、中剂量组能极显著减轻大鼠肠粘连程度,能显著降低血中白细胞(WBC)、淋巴细胞(LYM)水平,对红细胞(RBC)、血小板(PLT)无显著性影响;WTI低剂量组能显著性减轻大鼠肠粘连程度,显著降低血中PLT水平,显著升高RBC水平,对WBC和LYM无显著性影响。结论:WTI能显著减轻大鼠肠粘连程度,调节有关炎症细胞水平。OBJECTIVE： To study the preventive and curative effect of Weitong injection （WTI） on experimental ankylenteron in rats. METHODS： SD rats were assigned to either of the following groups： blank control group, model control group, positive control group, high dose WTI group, medium dose WTI group and tow dose of WTI group. The ankylenteron degree of each group after medication was evaluated and the hematologic and biochemical indices were detected. RESULTS： As compared with model control group, high and medium doses of WTI significantly attenuated the degree of ankylenteron and significantly down regulated the levels of WBC and lymphocytes （LYM） but its effects on red blood cells （RBC） and platelets （PLT） were non significant.Low dose of WTI significantly attenuated the degree of ankylenteron and the WBC and LYM were non - significant, but it could significantly down - regulate serum PLT level and significantly up - regulate RBC level. CONCLUSION： WTI has proved preventive and curative effect on experimental ankylenteron of rats in that it can markedly attenuate the degree of ankylenteron and regulate the levels of the related inflammatory cells.
