摘  要:目的:优选五倍子和黄芩的混合提取工艺。方法:以五倍子和黄苓的配伍比例、加热方式、提取时间、提取次数为考察因素,以对耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌的最小抑菌浓度为指标,采用正交试验优选最佳提取工艺。结果:五倍子和黄芩最佳混合提取工艺为五倍子和黄芩以2:1的比例配伍,提取3次,每次0.5 h,加热方式对提取工艺无明显影响。结论:该工艺可为研制五倍子和黄芩配伍使用的制剂提供理论参考。OBJECTIVE: To optimize the extraction technology of Galla chinensis and Scutellaria baicalensis. METHODS: The extraction technology of Galla chinensis and Scutellaria baicalensis was optimized by orthogonal experiment with the dispensing ratio of Galla ehinensis to Scutellaria baicalensis, heating style, extraction time and extracting times as factors and with the minimal inhibition concentration (MIC) of meticillin sodium- resistant Staphylococcus aureus (SA) as index. RESULTS: The optimum extraction technology of Galla chinensis and Scutellaria baicalensis was as follows: the ratio of Galla chinensis to Scutellaria baicalensis was 2 : 1;the extraction was performed for 3 times (half an hour each time). The heating style showed no obvious effect on the extraction technology. CONCLUSION: The optimum extraction technology serves as a theoretic reference for the research and development of the compound preparation of Galla chinensis and Scutellaria baicalensis.
