摘　　要：目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定满山红油胶丸中杜鹃酮含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Zorbax SB-C_(18)(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(65:35),流速为1.0 mL·min^(-1),检测波长为210 nm,柱温为室温。结果:杜鹃酮进样量在0.0298～5.9600μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999);平均回收率为100.0%,RSD=0.42%(n=9)。结论:本法简单、快速、准确,可用于满山红油胶丸的质量控制。OBJECTIVE： To establish an HPLC method for the determination of germacrone in Manshanhong oil soft gelatin capsule. METHODS： The determination was performed on a Zorbax SB-Cls column（150 mm×3.6 ram, 5μm） with CH2CN -H20（65 ： 35） used as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1.The detective wavelength was set at 210 nm and the column temperature was set at room temperature. RESULTS： The linear range of germacrone was 0.029 8--5.960 0 μg （r = 0.999 9）with an average recovery of 100.0% （RSD = 0.42%, n = 9） .CONCLUSION： The developed method is simple, rapid and accurate, and it is applicable for the quality control of Manshanhong oil soft gelatin capsule.
