摘 要:以斜轧扩管机的轧辊调整方式为基础,推导了斜轧扩管工艺的几何学和运动学基本关系式,分析了其送进角的形成特点和变化规律。结果表明:尽管斜轧扩管机在轧辊调整时不能体现送进角的形成,但辗轧角的存在和轧辊的垂直移动共同导致了送进角的形成,这就使斜轧扩管机具有了典型的二辊斜轧特征。辗轧角越大,送进角越大;轧辊平移距离越大,送进角越大;基圆圆心离轧制中心线距离越小,送进角越大。从变形区入口到出口,辊面上各孔径点的送进角约由7.5°变化到3.0°。Based on the special setup mode of the rotary expanding rolls, a set of basic formulas for the rotary expanding is deduced, and the formation and changing characteristics of the feed angle is analyzed. The results demonstrate that: although the roll setting in rotary expanding process doesn't directly present the formation of the feed angle, the toe angle and the vertical movement of the rolls jointly lead to producing a feed angle, which makes the rotary expanding take on typical cross rolling characteristics; that the bigger the toe angle, the bigger the feed angle; the bigger the vertical movement distance of the rolls, the bigger the feed angle; the smaller the distance between rolling center line and the center of the basic circle, the bigger the feed angle; and that from the entrance to the exit of the deformation zone, the feed angle of each pass point on the roll surface changes widely from 7.5° to 3.0°.
