摘　　要：介绍了扬州某钢管厂对Φ90mm穿孔机的定心辊涨套、机架轴承润滑通道、定心辊辊子、轧辊箱和侧压进装置等的改进情况。通过改进,该穿孔机每年可节省维修时间156h,节约维修费用8万元。Described in the paper are the main aspects concerning the modification of the Φ90 mm piercing mill as located in a steel pipe plant in Yangzhou, covering the expansion bushing of the in-mill steadier roller, roll stand bearing lubrication passage, the in-mill steadier roller proper, the roll cradle adjustment and the lateral- pressing device. Thanks to the modification of the mill, it is expected to save the annual maintenance costs by 156 hours and RMB 80 000 yuan.
