麝香舒活精对人体甲皱微循环影响的实验研究

摘　　要：为了研究活血化瘀药对人体皮肤微循环的作用,本实验观察了15名中老年健康人的左手指滴上舒活精前后.甲皱微循环的动态变化。并从原方中去掉养血药“生地”而制成对照药,观察滴在受试者右手指前后,甲皱微循环的变化。两者比较发现:活血化瘀药可使甲皱血流速明显加快,血管扩张。且在活血化瘀药中左以养血药,可明显提高疗效。In this experience, we had observed the varying of 15 old healthy people's left finger's nailfold microcirculation (NM) after dropped by Shuhuojing. Whilemean, we tried to produced the 'compared drug 'without 'Rehmanniae'.and had observed the right finger's NM after dropped by it in the same condition. The result showed that the speed of bloodflow became quicker; the vessel expanded in some extend. In addition, we consider that blood-quickening stasis -dispelling medical assisted by blood-nourishing medical has more better effter than itself only.
