摘  要:对加热炉的预膜及缓蚀阻垢实验研究,找出了较好的预膜剂WXT-226,阻垢分散剂为WXT-619和缓蚀阻垢剂WXT-265。当pH为6.5~7.0,WXT-226使用浓度为800mg/L~1200mg/L,WXT-619使用浓度为200mg/L,WXT-265的浓度为1500mg/L~2500mg/L时,炉水对碳钢腐蚀率小于0.028mm/a(国家标准<0.125mm/a)、粘附速率小于3.19mcm、污垢热阻小于0.093×10-4m2·h·℃/kJ。A study on the pre-filming and corrosion-scale inhibition of gas heating furnace was conducted to evaluate the reagents used. It was found that the better pretreatment filming agent, anti-scale dispersing agent, and corrosion-scale inhibitor were WXT-226, WXT-619, and WXT-265, respectively. When WXT-226, WXT-619, and WXT-265 were used in the concentrations of 800-1200mg/L, 200mg/L, and 1500-2500mg/L, respectively, at pH 6.5 -7.0, the corrosion rate of carbon steel was less than 0.028 mm/a, which was far below the state pickling standard of 0.125mm/a, the fouling adherence was less than 3.19mcm, and the heat resistance of scale was less than 0.093×10^4 m^2· h·℃/kJ.
