摘  要:利用溶胶-凝胶法制备Cu-Ce-Ze-O催化剂并将其负载于微通道反应器内,用于富氢气体中CO的选择性氧化。考察了Zr的掺杂量、焙烧温度以及催化剂预处理对催化剂性能的影响,并确定反应的最佳空速。结果表明,Cu1Zr2Ce9Oδ催化剂催化作用下,在反应温度180℃~240℃,CO转化率达99%以上;在温度210℃~230℃内,产品气中φ(CO)降到10×10-6以下。与新鲜催化剂相比,经H2处理后的催化剂反应性能有了较大的提高,且低温活性较好。空速的增加有利于反应的选择性提高。Cu-Ce-Ze-O catalysts were prepared by sol-gel methods and supported inside microchannel reactor for removal of carbon monoxide from hydrogen-rich gas by catalytic oxidation. The effects of Zr doped amount, calcination temperature, and pretreatment methods on the performances of the catalysts were investigated, and the optimum space velocity was determined. The results showed that for the Cu1Zr2Ce9O8 catalyst carbon monoxide conversion was above 99% in reaction temperature range of 180℃- 240℃, and carbon monoxide volume fraction in the gas could be degraded to below 10×10^-6 in reaction temperature range of 210℃-230℃. The catalysts with hydrogen pretreatment had better performances and low temperature activity. Increasing space velocity Could improve reaction selectivity.
