摘 要:针对淮南矿区丁集煤矿11-2煤层以地应力为主导作用的压出类型的突出特征,以及煤巷掘进速度慢的问题,提出了大直径顺层长钻孔预抽瓦斯消突技术,采取该措施进行抽放后,效检超标率仅为5.38%,平均瓦斯体积分数为0.1%左右,最高不超过0.4%;另外通过施工长钻孔,基本能探出工作面前方落差小于3 m的较小断层,避免了一定的地质风险,平均月掘进进尺达170 m以上,最高可达212 m,缓解了采掘接替紧张的难题。According to the compressed outburst features of the earth stress as the leading function in 11-2 seam of Dingji Mine in Huainan Mining Area and the slow driving problem of the seam gateway, the paper provided the gas pre-drainage and gas outburst elimination technology with large diameter and long borehole along the seam. When the technical measures made for the gas drainage, the over limit rate of the inspections would be only about 5.38% and the average gas volume fraction was about 0. 1% and the max fraction would not be over 0.4%. With the long borehole construction, any drop less than 3 meters fault at the front of the coal mining face could be predicted and certain geological risks could be eliminated. The average month driving rate could be up to 170 meters and the max rate could be up to 212 meters, which could release the problem of the mining and driving tension.
