摘 要:利用涂铁改性火山岩滤料对矿井水进行了除铁除锰的试验研究。结果表明,改性火山岩滤料对铁锰离子的吸附都遵循Freundlich等温吸附模型。动态对比试验中,改性火山岩对矿井水中铁离子的去除率达80%~99%,与锰砂效果接近,但略低于火山岩;对锰离子的去除,改性火山岩效果最佳,在过滤前6h,锰去除率接近100%,6h后锰去除率随过滤时间呈线性降低。结合扫描电镜和能谱,分析了滤料的表面形貌和化学组成,并对改性火山岩滤料除铁除锰机理进行了分析。The experiment study on the removal of iron and manganese from the mine water was conducted with the filtration material of the iron coated modified volcanic rock. The results showed that the filtration material of the modified volcanic rock would have the adsorption of the iron and manganese ion base on the Freundlich isothermal adsorption model. In the dynamic comparison tests, the filtration material of the modified volcanic rock could remove 80% - 99% of the iron ion in the mine water which was close to the results of the manganese sands, but was litter bit lower than the volcanic rock. As for the manganese ion removal from the mine water, the modified volcanic rock would have the best result. Before the first 6 hours of the filtration, the manganese removal rate could be close to 10% and after the first 6 hours of the filtration, the manganese ion removal rate would be reduced in linear with the filtration time. With the scan electron microscopy and the energy dispersive spectrometer, the surface characteristics and chemical components of the filtration material were analyzed. The paper analyzed the iron and manganese removal mechanism of the modified volcanic rock filtration material.
