摘　　要：目的:探讨慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者血清胎盘生长因子(Pl GF)和高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的变化及临床意义。方法:选取正常对照组60例和CHF患者170例,后者又分缺血性心脏病组和非缺血性心脏病组。测定血清Pl GF和hs-CRP水平,比较各组间的差异,分析Pl GF和hs-CRP之间的相关性。结果:CHF组血清Pl GF、hs-CRP水平显著高于对照组(P<0.01);且随着NYHA心功能分级加重而逐级升高。血清Pl GF水平缺血性心脏病组较非缺血性心脏病组显著升高(P<0.05)。相关性分析显示:Pl GF与hs-CRP呈正相关,具有统计学意义(r=0.543;P<0.01)。结论:血清Pl GF与hs-CRP可能参与CHF患者的病情发展过程。Objective：To investigate the change and clinical significance of serum levels of placenta growth factor （PlGF） and high sensitivity C-reactive protein （hs-CRP） in patients with chronic heart failure （CHF）. Method： The serum levels of PlGF and hs-CRP were measured in 170 patients with CHF, who were divided into ischemic heart disease subgroup and non-ischemic heart disease subgroup, and 60 healthy subjects （control group）. We compared the PlGF and hs-CRP serum levels among study groups and analyzed the correlation of PlGF and hs- CRP. Result：Compared with the control group, the serum levels of PlGF and hs-CRP were significantly elevated in CHF group （P〈0.01）and associated with the increase of NYHA function grade. Compared with non-ischemic heart disease subgoup, the serum levels of PlGF were significantly increased in ischemic heart disease subgroup（P 〈0.05）. The data showed a significant positive association between PlGF and hs CRP （r= 0. 543, P〈 0.01）. Conclusion：Impairment of cardiac function was closely related to the changes of serum levels of PlGF and hs-CRP.
