睾丸扭转的诊断与治疗(附15例报告)

摘　　要：目的提高睾丸扭转的诊治水平,减少误诊。方法回顾性分析15例睾丸扭转患者的资料,结合文献进行分析。结果15例患者中,均进行手术探查。其中11例睾丸坏死行睾丸切除,4例行睾丸复位及固定术。4例保留睾丸患者随访发现1例睾丸萎缩,其余3例睾丸大小、形态基本正常。结论彩色多普勒超声波检查是睾丸扭转的敏感、特异性的检查,及时、正确的诊断,早期手术探查,对保护睾丸功能,避免切除有重大意义。Objective To improve the diagnosis and treatment of testis torsion. Methods 15 cases were reviewed, the diagnosis and treatment were discussed. Results All the cases were underwent operation. 11 cases were undergone orchiectomy and 4 cases dergone the torsion. One case was atrophy of the follow. Conclusion Color ultrasonic detection is the first choice of testis torsion. It is pointed out that the recognizing torsion of testis, early diagnosis and timely treatment are the keys to avoid testicular loss.
