摘　　要：中国银行业的改革和发展在整个金融体系,乃至整个经济体系的改革中都占据着重要的地位。经过长期、渐进的改革历程,我国银行业成就斐然,在支持国民经济发展等方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。本文在我国银行业改革取得阶段性进展的时候,对我国银行业发展和改革的历史脉络进行梳理,总结我国银行业30年改革取得的巨大成就,深入剖析改革演进的路径选择与宝贵经验,展望我国银行业的未来发展趋势,希望对指导我国银行业进一步改革和发展有所裨益。The reform and development of China＇s Banking Sector has an important place in the whole financial system, or even the whole economic system. After the long and progressive course of reform, China＇s banking sec tot has achieved great successes. It is playing a more and more important role in supporting the development of national economy. This paper systematizes the development and reform of China＇s banking sector, sums up the great achievement of the reform of China＇s banking sector in 30 years, analyses the choice of reforming route and experience, expects the trends of the development of banking sector. The paper tries to be valuable and helpful to the further reform and development of China＇s banking sector in the future.
