摘  要:[目的]报道某荷藕加工企业发生的一起急性硫化氢中毒事故,为加强同类型企业的职业卫生监督管理提供科学依据。[方法]收集事故现场调查资料和临床抢救资料,对事故原因进行分析。[结果]荷藕下脚料储存池内硫化氢浓度超过国家卫生标准,工人作业过程中未采取防护措施,救援人员盲目施救,最终导致7人死亡,2人急性中毒。[结论]荷藕下脚料在储存过程中会产生一定量的硫化氢、甲烷等有害气体,在清理时应采取一定的防护措施,有关部门应加强对荷藕加工企业的职业卫生监督管理。[ Objective ] To report an accident of acute hydrogen sulfide (H2S) poisoning occurred in a lotus root processing enterprise, and to call the attention for reinforcing the occupational hygiene supervision in the same type enterprises. [ Methods ] Data and process of the accident and the clinical treatment to victims were collected to analyze the cause of the accident. [ Results ] The concentration of H2S in the pool reserving lotus root waste material exceeded the national hygienic standard, workers did not adopt protective measures, the rescuing persons rescued without any protective measure, seven men died and two got acute poisoning in the accident finally. [ Conclusion ] The lotus root waste material can produce H2S and methane in its storage process, and workers should take certain protective measures when cleaning up the pool, the departments concerned should strengthen the occupational hygiene supervision in the lotus root processing enterprises.
