摘  要:[目的]建立同时测定环境水中13种有机磷农药的气相色谱法。[方法]有机磷农药采用液-液萃取后用DM-5毛细管柱气相色谱火焰光度检测器进行测定,以保留时间定性,外标法定量。[结果]本法测定13种有机磷农药各组分的分离度>1.5,方法线性范围为0.50 ̄15.0μg/mL,检出限为0.0053 ̄0.023ng,用加标回收考察方法的准确度,平均回收率为87.8% ̄104.0%,用相对标准偏差(RSD)考察方法的精密度,RSD为2.60% ̄9.83%。[结论]该方法提取完全,定量准确,操作简单,能同时测定水中残留的多种有机磷农药。[ Objective ] To develop a gas chromatography method for simultaneous determination of 13 organophosphorus pesticides in water. [ Methods ] The liquid-liquid extraction, gas chromatography with DM-5 capillary column and flame photometric detector were used to determine the organophosphorus pesticides. Qualitative analysis was done by retention time and quantitative analysis by external standard curve. [Results] Chromatographic resolutions for the above 13 kinds of organophosphorus pesticides were all over 1.5, the linear range of the method was 0.50-15.0μg/ml, the detection limit was 0.005 3-0.023 ng, the average rates of recovery were 87.8%-104.0% by the method of standard addition, the relative standard deviations were 2.60%-9.83%. [ Conclusion ] This method is one of complete extraction, high accuracy, operational simplicity, and can meet the needs for simultaneous detection of organophosphorous pesticide residues in water.
