摘 要:作者用光学测量方法,研究了人类、大鼠和喧蛙的红细胞膜电位,将红细胞悬浮于电NaCl和KCl按各种比例调配的盐溶液中,溶液的渗透压被准确的定于各种值。在加入K+通道促进剂的条件下,作者测定了在不同渗透压和不同[K]0时,荧光强度的变化,根据荧光强度推算红细胞的跨膜电位。结果发现大鼠、喧蛙的红细胞跨膜电位与人类相似。本文主要介绍人类红细胞在等渗溶液、高渗溶液、低渗溶液和多种[K]0下的荧光变化,然后根据其荧光强度推算红细胞膜的跨膜电位。Using the fluoresence dye,disC3(5),we studied the membrane potential of human red blood cells.The red blood cells were collerted from a human being and suspended in the test solutions wihich were composed of NaCl and KCl in various proportions.The osmolarity of the RBC suspending medium was appropriated fixed at different values.After addition of valinomycin in the RBC suspension,changes in fluoresence of a voltagesensityive permeant dye were measured in different concentrations of external potassium ions.The changes in fluoresence were converted into relative membrane potential changes in the red blood cells.
