甘肃少数民族地区农业执法的现状及综合执法的路径选择

摘　　要：农业执法是适用法律发展农业,建设新农村,解决农村、农民、农业问题的主要保障手段。甘肃少数民族地区农业执法现状比较落后,应尽快完善农业执法体系建设,实行农业综合执法。从机构设置、经费管理、人员配置、制度建设、监督体制等多方面入手,建成一支廉洁公正、作风优良、业务精通、素质过硬的专职农业行政执法队伍。Agricultural law enforcement is the main protection means to develop agriculture, build a new countryside and solve the problem of countryside, farmer and agriculture. The status of agricultural law enforcement in ethnic minority areas in Gansu is behind. In order to implement comprehensive agricultural law enforcement,the agricultural law enforcement system should be improved as soon as possible. Starting with institution setting, fund management, staff configuration, system construction and monitoring system,we can build up a professional full-time agricultural administrative taw enforcement team with excellent quality,a fine style of work,in an honest and fair.
