中国远洋船员心理健康水平影响因素与对策分析

摘　　要：船员的心理健康水平对于船舶安全生产有至关重要的影响,但我国远洋船员的心理健康总体情况不容乐观。文章在阐述影响远洋船员心理健康水平主要因素的基础上,从船公司、航海专业院校、船员自身、政府及有关机构多个角度,提出提高远洋船员心理健康水平的积极措施及建议。The psychological health level plays a vital role to ship＇s safe operation, but the overall situation of Chinese ocean-going seamen＇s mental health level is not so optimistic. On the basis of expounding the main effects, active measures are proposed to enhance the present health level from several aspects like ship companies, maritime colleges, seamen themselves and government.
