脾实热证与类风湿关节炎热痹证的关系  

Explanation on the Relationship Between Splenosthenic Pyrosyndrome and Rheumatoid Arthritis with Pyretic Arthralgia Syndrome

摘　　要：类风湿性关节炎属于中医"痹病"范畴。辨证大体分为寒热两类,而类风湿关节炎热痹证临床上较为多见。现代实验研究表明,中医脾气虚时机体免疫系统功能低下。试以探讨脾实热证时机体的免疫功能是否亢进,经研究中医古典医籍,发现脾实热证具有某些热痹证候,而类风湿关节炎热痹证在急性活动期常可见体液免疫亢进,现就脾实热证与类风湿关节炎热痹的关系加以探讨,为清热泻脾法治疗免疫疾病提供理论依据。Rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune disease characterized by articular synovitis. The rate of physical disability induced by rheumatoid arthritis is high. Howere,it is hard to cure the diseas. Rheumatoid arthritis belongs to Pa disease in traditional Chinese medicine. Pa disease is generally divided into cold syndrome and pyretic syndrome. Pyretie syndrome is common in clinic. The empirical study indicates that people who have deficiency of spleen-QI the function of immune system is inferior to health adult. The author trys to explore whether people who have pyretie arthralgia syndrome display immunological functional accentuation. After reading classic traditional Chinese medicine books, I find splenosthenic pyrosyndrome is in correlation with pyretic arthralgia syndrome. Rheumatoid arthritis displays accentuation in humoral immunity when the disease breaks out. The article explores the relationship between splenosthenie pyrosyndrome and rheumatoid arthritis with pyretic arthralgia syndrome,in order to provide evidence in treating immunologieally mediated disease by using Chinese herb effective to clear splenic heat.
