会阴下降综合征的发病与中西医结合治疗

摘　　要：会阴下降综合征(Descending Perineum Syndrome,DPS)是一种常见盆底疾病,是由于长期过度用力排便和便秘所引起的排便障碍性疾病,多见于妇女。通过文献回顾性的研究并结合近9年临床资料的观察,系统论述了会阴下降综合征发病情况;该病在专家门诊中往往以排便障碍就诊,专家对会阴下降综合征的确诊率高;并提出了中西医结合治疗原则,指出外治法多适于病史较短,病情较轻者;对于病情较重者可采用手术治疗。同时强调了合理饮食和规律排便习惯对恢复机体功能的重要性。The syndrome of the descending perineum （ Descending Perineum Syndrome, DPS） is a common pelvic disease which is a defecating disorders caused by long - term excessive force defecation and constipation, and more common in female. In this article, by reviewing from literatures and almost nine - year cLinical data of our observation, we discuss the onset situation of DPS systematically. In expert outpatient service, more patients suffer from defecating disorders for help ; while, the number form a correct diagnosis on DPS is significant. Meantime, the combinational treatment principle of Chinese Traditional and western Medicine is proposed to support healthy atmosphere mainly, as well as symptomatic treatment. The external therapy is mainly used in DPS patients with short - term medical history or slight disease condition. However, operation is much fit for DPS patients with heavy disease condition. While reasonable diet and the regular bowel habits for the restoration of body function is emphasis.
