中西医结合治疗恶性胸腔积液疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗恶性胸腔积液的疗效。方法:42例患者随机分成两组,治疗组内服中药葶苈大枣泻肺汤加味配合中心静脉导管胸腔置管引流并灌注高聚金葡素,对照组除不服用中药外,余与治疗组同法。结果:两组近期有效率分别为85.7%、61.9%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);其生活质量改善情况亦优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗恶性胸腔积液能提高近期疗效,并且改善生活质量。Objective ： To observe the therapeutic effect of Integrated traditional and western medicine in the treatment of malignancy pleural effusions. Methods ： 42 cases were randomized into treatment group and control group with 21 in each. The treatment group was given Tingli Dazao Xiefei Decoction and Central Venous Catheter Pleural Drainage combined with highly agglutinative staphylococcin （HASL） infusion intrathorax, the control group had the same treatment but without taking herbal medicines. Results ： The effective rate of the 2 groups was 85.7% and 61.9%. There was significant difference in improving quality of life between them （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Integrated traditional and western medicine in the treatment of malignancy pleural effusions has function in improving early outcomes and quality of life of patients.
