电针夹脊穴对海洛因成瘾不同人群的艾森克人格维度影响研究

摘　　要：目的:客观评价电针夹脊穴对海洛因依赖者中成瘾程度不同人群的艾森克人格维度的影响。方法:将75例海洛因依赖者,按照成瘾程度轻、中、重分成3组:A组(成瘾程度为"轻")、B组(成瘾程度为"中")和C组(成瘾程度为"重")各25例。3组均电针双侧华佗夹脊穴T5、T6、T7、L2;加合谷、内关、足三里、三阴交。治疗前后采用艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)对其疗效进行评价,并进行统计学分析。结果:轻、中、重3组自身疗效对照提示,P(精神质)、N(神经质)维度分值3组治疗前后差异均有极显著性;而E(外-内倾)分值均无显著性差异;L(掩饰性)维度分值除"轻度"成瘾组有统计学差异外,"中度"及"重度"成瘾组差异无统计学意义。结论:电针夹脊穴对海洛因依赖不同人群人格维度中的P(精神质)和N(神经质)分值有影响,说明针刺对海洛因依赖者的病态心理有一定程度的良性调节作用。Objective ： To objectively evaluate the effect of Eysenck personality dimension of electroaeupuncture at Jiaji in the different addiction degree patients of heroin dependence. Methods ： 75 cases of heroin dependence were devided into 3 groups according to the different addiction degree：group A（ light degree）, group B （middle degree）, group C （heavy degree）. 25 cases were in each group separately. Electro- acupuncture were adopted at double sides of Huatuo spine points（ T5 ,T6 ,T7 ,L2） and Hegu, Neiguan ,Zusanli, Sanyinjiao. Eysenck Personality Questionnaire （EPQ）was used to evaluate the curative effect before and after treatment. Results ： The curative effects of self- contrast showed that ： There were remarkable curative effects on the dimensions of psychosis and nervousness . However, there was no significant difference on the dimension of extraversion introversion. On the dimension of lie ,There was no significant difference in group B（ middle degree） and group C（ heavy degree）. Conclusion： There was an innocent mental intervention effect on the dimensions of psychosis and nervousness by using electroacupuncture at Jiaji in the different addiction degree patients of heroin dependence. The therapy had remarkable effect in the adjustment of patienthood in heroin dependence.
