摘 要:目的对恒河猴呼吸道杯状细胞的形态及分布特点进行形态计量学分析,为科学研究提供形态学依据。方法健康恒河猴5只,麻醉放血处死后,取气管和肺石蜡切片,进行阿利新蓝—过碘酸希夫氏反应,光镜观察并对杯状细胞分类和计数。结果杯状细胞分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ四种类型。从呼吸道的近端到远端,Ⅱ和Ⅳ杯状细胞含量的比例逐渐减小,同时Ⅰ和Ⅲ细胞含量的比例逐渐增大,气管组、叶支气管组、小支气管组各组差别均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论恒河猴气道的近端到远端杯状细胞的数量和质量均发生了明显变化,这种变化对空气的净化和防御能力的提高起重要作用。Objective: To study the morphology and distribution on goblet cells in the epithelium of the respiratory duct of Macaca mulatta, and to provide morphological evidence for science research. Methods: Five healthy monkeys (Macaca mulatta) were anaestheltized and their tracheas and lungs were taken out, the samples were undergone paraffin sections and stained with Alcian blue-periodic acid reaction, and observed under light microscope, and goblet cells were classified and counted. Results: Goblet cells could be classified into 4 types : Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ. The ratio between type II and IV gradually decreased from the proximal to the distal of the respiratory duct, but the ratio between type Ⅰ and Ⅲ gradually increased. The differences among the groups of trachea, bronchus and bronchium were significant. (P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion: The goblet cells are changed both in quantity and quality from the proximal to the distal obviously. This change is very important for cleaning the air and increasing defense of the airway.
