溶栓颗粒对慢性脑供血不足大鼠脑组织细胞凋亡及Bcl-2 Fas-L蛋白表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨溶栓颗粒对慢性脑供血不足大鼠的脑保护作用。方法:结扎双侧颈总动脉造成大鼠慢性脑供血不足模型,用TUNEL染色和免疫组化法分别检脑组织凋亡细胞及Bcl-2、Fas-L蛋白表达情况。结果:慢性脑供血不足可造成大鼠脑组织凋亡细胞增多,并有Bcl-2、Fas-L蛋白的高表达。与模型组比较,中药组脑细胞凋亡及Fas-L蛋白的表达较少Bcl-2蛋白表达增多。结论:溶栓颗粒可以保护慢性脑供血不足大鼠受损伤脑组织,并可能通过减少Fas-L蛋白,增加Bcl-2表达,从而减少脑组织细胞凋亡途径实现。Objective：To study the protective effect of Rongshuan Grain on injury caused by chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency（CCCI） of the rats.Methods：The CCCI rat model was established by ligating both of the cervical artery.At the same time,we observed the expression of rats＇ brain tissue＇ apoptosis and protein Bcl-2 and Fas-L by TUNEL dyeing and immunohistochemic.Results：CCCI increased the expression of rats＇ brain tissue＇ apoptosis and protein Bcl-2 and Fas-L.The apoptosis and the expression of protein Fas-L in Rongshuan Grain group was decreased.The expression of protein Bcl-2 was increased.Conclusion：Rongshuan Grain can protect the injury of the brain tissue of CCCI rats,and this function be likely to achieve from reduce apoptosis and the expression of protein Fas-L and increase the expression of protein Bcl-2.
