抗过敏汤治疗急性湿疹的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察抗过敏汤对动物模型的治疗作用,评价其治疗急性湿疹的疗效并探讨作用机理。方法:①抗过敏汤对二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀的影响;②抗过敏汤对磷酸组胺诱发的豚鼠局部皮肤瘙痒的影响;③抗过敏汤对2,4-二硝基氯苯(DNCB)诱导的小鼠迟发型超敏反应的影响。结果:抗过敏汤对二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀急性炎症有明显抑制作用;对磷酸组胺诱发的豚鼠局部皮肤瘙痒有一定的止痒作用;能够抑制二硝基氯苯诱导的小鼠迟发性变态反应。同时各组对CGRP都有不同程度的上调。结论:抗过敏汤具有良好的抗炎、止痒、抗迟发变态反应作用。Objective： To observe the anti-allergic decoction on the treatment of animal models to evaluate its efficacy in treating acute eczema and to explore the mechanism.Methods：①on the anti-allergy-induced ear swelling xylene the impact of anti-allergic;② histamine-induced phosphorylation of the local guinea pig skin itch;③ on the anti-allergy-2,4 Dinitrochlorobenzene（DNCB） in mice induced by the impact of delayed-type hypersensitivity.Results： anti-allergy-induced ear of the xylene acute inflammation swelling significantly,inhibited histamine-induced phosphorylation of Local guinea pig skin itching,some antipruritic effect can inhibit Dinitrochlorobenzene mice induced by delayed-type hypersensitivity.At the same time the Group of CGRP in varying degrees upward.Conclusion：the anti-allergic decoction has a good anti-inflammatory,anti-itching,anti-allergic effect of delayed.
