摘　　要：目的研究2型糖尿病大鼠心脏组织中MCP-1的表达及血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂替米沙坦对其表达的影响。方法免疫组织化学法检查心脏组织MCP-1的表达情况。结果正常组心肌细胞胞浆内MCP-1无阳性表达,与正常组相比糖尿病组MCP-1表达增高,与糖尿病组相比替米沙坦能使MCP-1表达量减少。结论糖尿病大鼠心脏组织MCP-1活性增加,替米沙坦能抑制MCP-1的过度表达,从而延缓糖尿病心肌病的进展,可能是其心脏保护作用机制之一。Objective To observe the expression of MCP-1 in diabetic cardiomyopathy and the effects of Telmisartan as angiotersin Ⅱ receptor antagonist.Methods The MCP-1 was determined with immunohistochermistry.Result The expression of MCP-I in the myocardial tissue was not positive in normal group.Expression of MCP-1 was higher than those in group NC.The expression of MCP-1 decreased significantly after the treatment with telmisartan .Conclusion The expression of MCP-1 were increased significantly in the DC rats, telmisartan have significant renal protective effects in DC rats,and inhibition of MCP-1 activation may be one of the potential mechanisms.
