摘  要:目的探讨Roux-en-Y胃转流术(GBP)对2型非肥胖型糖尿病鼠的降糖作用及Roux-en-Y胃转流术(GBP)对正常鼠血糖有无影响。方法雄性Wister大鼠随机分为四组,空白组(1组)、手术组(2组)、造模组(3组)、造模+手术组(4组),每组10只,测定术前,术后48小时,一周,八周的空腹血糖值,胰岛素值的变化。结果4组手术后一周空腹血糖值由(17.50±0.82)mmol/L下降到(11.08±0.60)mmol/L(P值﹤0.01)。空腹胰岛素值由(28.95±3.99)mIU/L升高到(33.83±5.61)mIU/L(P﹤0.05)至实验结束血糖无反弹。2组手术前后血糖值无明显变化。结论GBP能显著降低STZ诱导的糖尿病大鼠的血糖值,对正常鼠血糖无影响。Objective To observe the hypoglycemic effects of gastric bypass (GBP)in streptozotocin (STZ)-induced diabetic rats and gastric bypass (GBP) for any impact on blood sugar normal mice. Methods Forty male Wister rats were randomly allocated into four groups: Blank group (Group 1), Operation group (Group 2), Model Group (Group 3), Model and operation group (Group 4). Fasting Plasma glucose concentration and insulin were measured before operation and 48 hours, 1 week, 8weeks, after operation in all rats. Results The four group plasma glucose lever decreased from( 17.50± 0.82 )mmol / L before operation to (11.08 ± 0.60 )mmol / L at the time of 1 week after GBP, and remained in low level until the end of the experim ent. Fasting plasma insulin levels increased respectively from (28.95± 3.99)mlU / L to (33.83 ± 5.61 )mlU / L(P□0.01 ). Group 2 blood glucose before and after the surgery had no significant change. Conclusion G BP can significantly reduce plasma glucose in STZ-diabetic rats and had no effect on blood sugar for the normal mice.
