摘　　要：目的探讨心理干预对体外受精-胚胎移植临床妊娠率的影响及其在辅助生育技术中的应用价值。方法选择2004年5月1日-2006年4月30日在我院生殖医学中心进行IVF-ET的268例难治性不孕症夫妇,随机分为A、B两组,两组病人均填写焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS),并进行精神状态评分。A组192例于体外受精-胚胎移植全过程中对其进行系统的心理干预。B组76例顺其自然不进行心理干预。观察两组病人的用药量、取卵个数、受精率、卵裂率及临床妊娠率,并进行比较。结果两组病人的用药量、取卵个数、受精率、卵裂率无显著差异(P>0.05);但A组病人的临床妊娠率明显高于B组(P〈0.05〉。结论系统的心理干预有利于提高IVF-ET的临床妊娠率。Objective To investigate the influence of Psychological Intervention on the clinical pregnancy rate of fertilization in Vitro and Embryo Transfer as well as the applicable value of psychological intervention in the assisted reproductive technique. Methods 268 infertile cases who have been treated with IVF- ET at the center of reproductive medicine of our hospital from May l, 2004 to April 30, 2006 were chosen and assigned in Group A and Group B randomly. Patients from Group A and Group B filled out the SAS and SDS forms respectively, and their mental statement seorings were conducted. The systematic psychological intervention was given to 192 cases in Group A in the whole process of fertilization in Vitro and Embryo Transfer; but no psychological intervention was given to 76 cases in Group B. The administration dosage, the number of ova obtained, the fertilization rate, the oocyte fission rate and the clinical pregnancy rate of the two groups were observed and compared. Results There was no significant difference （p〈 0.05） between the two groups in administration dosage, the number of the ova obtained, the fertilization rate and the ooeyte fission rate; but the clinical pregnancy rate of the patients in Group A was considerably higher than that in Group B （p〈 0.05）. Conclusion The systematical psychological intervention can help increase the clinical pregnancy rate of IVF-ET.
