果糖注射液在急性重度酒精中毒治疗中的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察果糖注射液治疗急性重度酒精中毒的临床疗效。方法49例患者随机分成治疗组28例和对照组21例,两组患者在常规治疗的基础上给予维生素C、维生素B6、肌苷及胰岛素等,治疗组在对照组基础上用果糖注射液替代葡萄糖注射液。结果治疗组苏醒时间、症状消失时间均明显优于对照组。结论果糖注射液治疗急性重度酒精中毒临床疗效满意,安全可靠。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of fructose injection on acute and serious alcohol toxic. Methods 49 patients were divided into treatment group （29 patients） and control groups （21 patients）. VitC, VitB6, Inosine and Insulin were prescribed to all these patients besides the normal treatment, fructose injection were prescribed to treatment groups compared glucose injection to control groups. Results The wake-up times and symptom-disappear times of treatment groups were much better than control groups. Conclusion Fructose injection could be safely and effectively used on acute and serious of alcohol toxic treatment.
