摘　　要：目的探讨髓内扩张自锁钉治疗肱骨骨折的微创、生物力学技术的科学合理性。方法行鹰嘴窝上缘部小切口约3cm,开窗、,闭合穿钉(髓内扩张自锁钉)治疗肱骨干骨折48例。结果所有患者随访3～18个月,平均6.4个月,骨折愈合时间8～13周(平均11周),均无骨折延迟愈合及不愈合,所有病例无感染及内固定失败、桡神经损伤等并发症。结论经皮、微创、应用髓内扩张自锁钉闭合穿钉术,在手术时间、术中付损伤、失血、骨折愈合等方面优于其他内固定。Objective in the goal discussion marrow expands the self-lockingnail treatment the humerus bone fracture micro to create technical thescientific rationality. Conclusion After the skin, microcreates, in the application marrow expands the serf-locking nailclosed to put on the nail technique, in the surgery time, thetechnique pays the damage, loses blood, the bone fracture heals and soon the aspect surpasses other in is fixed.
