护理干预对高血压患者的影响

摘　　要：目的观察护理干预对原发性高血压患者治疗效果的影响。方法将80例原发性高血压病人随机分为观察组40例和对照组40例,对照组,给予降压药物治疗和常规护理措施,观察组,在此基础上给予护理干预,观察4周后血压控制情况。结果观察组总有效率为95%,对照组总有效率为82.5%,两组差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论对原发性高血压患者进行护理干预,使血压得到有效控制,能取得理想疗效。Objective To obverse the effect of the nursing intervention for patients with the primary hyperteasion. Methods 80 patients with the primary hypertension were divided randomly into group Ⅰ and proup Ⅱ .Group I were taken care with nursing interveation and medivine.Group Ⅱ were taken care with general method nuring and medivine.After 4 weeeks,Obversed the patients＇tension. Results Group Ⅰ the tatol effective rate was 95% and Group Ⅱ the tatol effective rate was 82.5% .There was significant differente, between the two groups. Conclusion Nuring intavention on the primary hypertension was good nuring method, has good clinical effect.
