摘　　要：招投标竞争的核心是价格的竞争,低价竞标是国际惯例。根据我国建筑行业招投标的现状,分析了低价竞标的特点和存在的问题,提出了保证低价竞标应采取的措施。The core of bidding competition is the price competition. Low price bidding is the international practice. According to the bidding status of China＇s construction industry, the characteristics and problems of low price bidding are analyzed and low price bidding measures are proposed in the paper.
