摘　　要：目的探讨奈哌地尔与吲哚美辛片联合治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎的疗效。方法对80例Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者采用奈哌地尔与吲哚美辛片联合治疗,疗程4～8周。应用美国国立卫生研究院(NIH)慢性前列腺炎症状评分(NIH-CPSI)标准,计算治疗前后总评分及疼痛评分、排尿症状评分、生活质量评分,并进行统计学分析。结果多数患者症状有明显改善,治疗前后各项评分比较有显著差异P<0.01。结论奈哌地尔与吲哚美辛片联合治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎有较好的疗效。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of combined use of Naftopidil and Indometacin in the treatment of Ⅲ type of prostatitis.Method 80 cases of Ⅲ type of prostatitis were treated with combined medication of Naftopidil and Indometacin, for 4-8 weeks. Statistical analysis was conducted for total scores （including pain score ,urinary symptom score and life quality score） according to NIH-CPSI.Result The symptoms were improved in most cases. The scores of before and after treatment were different significantly （P〈0.01）.Conclusion Combined medication of Naftopidil and Indometacin had satisfied effects in treating Ⅲ type of prostatitis
