摘  要:采用弯曲叶片是汽轮机、燃气轮机降低损失,提高效率的有效手段。对某型燃气轮机涡轮直叶片进行了改型,给出了多种弯曲角度的叶型,并运用CFD软件进行了数值模拟,探讨了叶片弯曲后级性能发生的变化。根据不同模型的性能差异,提出了静叶、动叶弯曲的匹配问题,分析了密流、气流角、马赫数沿叶高的分布,得到了合理的弯曲匹配叶型。The effectiveness of the curved blade approaches in decreasing loss and lifting efficiency Of turbine. The improving schemes for a blade of certain gas turbine are brought out which are various compound models with different curve angles on stator blade and rotor blade. The three-dimensional numerical simulation has been done, by which the previous re- suits are compared with present model and the change of the stage has been explored. Consequently a matching question about caused by several parameters such as flow angle, Mach number is discussed. Finally a proper one is obtained.
