Experimental Study on Sliding Pressure Operation Characteristics of Single Valve and Sequence Valve of a Domestic Made 600MW Turbine

摘  要:基于现场试验,对某国产600MW汽轮机分别在单阀和顺序阀运行模式下滑压运行特性进行了研究,并对两种运行模式下的经济性进行了分析比较。结果表明,单阀模式与顺阀模式相比,由于配汽均衡,使调节级汽温、高压缸汽缸保持较高的温度水平并且加热均匀,温差较小,随负荷变化也不敏感,转子与汽缸的膨胀更趋于一致;经济方面,单阀运行高压缸相对内效率较低。文章的研究结果对进一步开展相关工作打下基础。The experimental research on sliding pressure characteristics of domestic made 600MW turbine operation under single valve and sequence valve steam admission mode was performed based on field test, also, some economy analysis and comparison under two operation modes was carried through. Show as a result, operation under single valve mode compared with sequence valve mode, since admission steam balance, make the steam of governing stage, high pressure cylinder ma- intenance higher temperature level and heated up equality, difference in cylinder temperature is less, and all is not sensi- tive with load change, the expansion of rotor and cylinder more tends to consistent, but operation under single valve mode the relative efficiency of high pressure cylinder is lower. The research result of this paper for develop related work further establish foundation.
