摘 要:介绍了BFe30-1-1凝汽器管子与管板一种较实用焊接方法,自熔不填丝全位置脉冲自动钨极氩弧焊焊接方法,以及以白铜BFe30-1-1为管子与管板的凝汽器材料焊接特性。通过对BFe30-1-1管子与管板,在纯氩、氢-氩混合两种不同气体保护条件下的焊接工艺试验,以及在不同气体保护下的焊接工艺参数的选择与优化,结果表明,采用自熔不填丝全位置脉冲氩弧焊焊接方法,在氢-氩混合气体保护条件下,BFe30-1-1凝汽器管子与管板焊接,焊缝成型好,质量高;以合理工艺参数匹配焊接的试验件,经各项检验均已合格,完全达到设计要求。It presents a practical welding technique for condenser tube and tube plate of BFe30-1-1 : self-fluxing and all-position pulse automatic TIG without filler wire, and gives the welding characteristic of cupronickel BFe30-1-1 as condenser tube and tube plate material. Welding process testing is conducted for BFe30-1-1 tube and tube plate under two gas protec- tion conditions: pure Argon and Hydrogen-Argon mixture. Also selection and optimization are made for the welding technological parameters under different gas protection conditions. Results show that with the technique of self-fluxing and all-position pulse automatic TIG without filler wire, under Hydrogen-Argon mixture gas protection condition, the welding of BFe30-1-1 condenser tube and tube plate can achieve weld seam with good contour and high quality; and the welding test piece with reasonable technological parameters are inspected acceptable in all aspects and fully reach design requirements.
