摘  要:NF-κB信号通路在大气可吸入颗粒物(PM10)对肺的损伤过程中起到重要的作用,但NF-κB信号通路参与的损伤机理尚不清楚。本文对NF-κB的结构与组成、颗粒物中NF-κB的激活因素、激活过程和抑制剂的相关研究等内容做简要综述。Many epidemiologic studies have shown that the NF-κB signaling pathway plays an important role in the lung injury by induction of inhaled particle matter. However, the exact toxicological damage mechanisms which the NF-κB signaling pathway takes part in are still unresolved. This paper described the progress of study on the NF-κB signaling pathway in the lung injury induced by inhaled particle matter home and abroad. In this article, the component of NF-κB, the activate factor of NF-κB in particle matter, the activation process and the inhibitor were reviewed.
