摘  要:针对在测量领域中,如何得到高质量的恒流源,介绍了一种精密程控恒流源的电路设计与系统误差分析。采用单片机控制,通过与电压电流转换电路相结合得到恒流源,可以根据需要以实现电流可预置、可连续调整的功能。电路采用了低噪声、低漂移集成运算放大器,有利于提高输出电流指标。该精密恒流源具有自动化程度高、测量准确度及分辨率高、性能稳定、使用灵活方便、带负载能力强等特点,稳定度可达5×10-5。Aiming at the issue of obtaining high quality constant-current source in measurement field, the circuit design and error analysis for a high precision program-controlled constant-current source are presented in detail. The constant-current source is under control of single chip computer; through combining voltage to current conversion circuits, the functions of current preset and continuous adjustment of the current are implemented. In the circuits, the low-noise and low-drift integrated operational amplifiers are applied to enhance the performance index of the output current. The current source features high accuracy and resolution, high stability up to 5× 10^-5 and easy to operate, it is also automatic and offers good loading capability.
