摘  要:在MLD—10型动载磨料磨损试验机上对ZGMn13高锰钢进行了3.5J冲击能量、不同磨料的磨损试验,计算了失重量和工作方向长度损失量,并采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察了试样的磨损面和亚表层,用显微硬度计测试了亚表层硬度变化趋势,研究了磨料类型对ZGMn13磨损机理的影响。结果表明,磨料类型对ZGMn13磨损机理有显著影响,硬磨料下,磨损机理为显微疲劳和片层状剥落,软磨料下磨损机理为显微疲劳和显微切削,软磨料下ZGMn13的使用寿命远高于硬磨料下的寿命。Wear tests about the high manganese steel ZGMn13 is carried out on MLD-IO type impact abrasive wear tester under the conditions of 3.5J impact energy and different abrasives, and then weight loss and length loss in working size of materials are measured, and worn surface and subsurface layer of samples are observed with SEM. The change of micro-hardness of subsurface layer of samples is measured by the micro-hardness tester. The effects of abrasive types on wear mechanism of high manganese steel ZGMn13 are investigated. As a result, the abrasive types effecting on wear mechanism of high manganese steel is remarkable. The primary wear mechanism is micro-fatigue and lamellar exfoliation under the conditions of brown corundum abrasive, and which is micro-fatigue and micro-cutting under the conditions of quartz sand abrasive. The service life under quartz sand abrasive is much longer than that of steel ZGMn13 under brown corundum abrasive.
