摘　　要：从软启动的概念入手,简要分析了各种常用软启动装置的工作原理和优缺点,并对当前国内外重载机械设备软启动技术进行了归纳和总结。介绍了最新开发的空载可控启动和无级调速装置的基本原理和特点,并对各项功能的实现进行了阐述。With the conception of the soft start, the working principle and relative merits of common soft start devices are introduced. The soft start techniques for the heavy loading machinery equipment at home and abroad are summarized. The basic principle and features of a new devel- oped no-load controllable start and stepless speed driving device are described and its functions are expounded.
