摘　　要：随着紧固件行业的发展,螺纹工具搓丝板在性能、强度上需要更高要求。本文介绍了从产品材料、结构、螺纹加工、热处理等方面对搓丝板进行改进,并指出该产品今后的发展方向。With the development of the fastener, the screw plate should have more stronger properties . On the basis of production, some improvement about the material, structure, tooth shape processing and the quality of heat treatment are introduced. At last , the paper points out the developing direction of the screw plate in future study.
