摘  要:热导率是评价温差电材料热电性能的重要参数之一。通过实验发现,目前市售的激光法测量热导率仪器的热扩散率测量数据较可信,差距较小。但是比热的测量数值误差较大,重复性较差;比热的理论计算值与实际值差距也较大。作者认为,为了获得可信的热导率数值,应当用激光法测量热扩散率,用DSC法测量比热,用阿基米德法测量密度。Thermal conductivity is an important parameter to evaluate the thermoelectric performance of thermoelectric material. The experiment results show the authors have found that thermal diffusivity data measured by laser flash apparatus on sale are credible and the differences between data are small. But the test error of the specific heat is greater and the repeatability is worse correspondingly. In order to obtain reliable thermal conductivity value, it is suggested that the thermal diffusivity is measured by laser flash method, the specific heat is tested by DSC, the density is measured by Archimedes means, and then the reliable thermal conductivity of sample can be calculated by multiplying these test data.
