摘 要:分析了一种超级电容器电压均衡控制策略的模型,在此基础上提出了一种适用于轮胎吊(Rubber Tyred Gantry Crane,简称RTG)节能中的超级电容器电压均衡方法——主动型电压均衡法,它具有均衡速度快且效率高的特点。在详细分析了该方法的工作原理和完成对电压均衡电路的设计后,对超级电容器串联模块进行了仿真分析。结果表明:主动型电压均衡法能够有效地避免单体过压,在超级电容器RTG节能系统中具有较高的实用价值。A model for supercapacitor voltage balancing strategy was analyzed. Based on this model, a supercapacitor voltage balancing method for Rubber Tyred Gantry Crane ( RTG )energy-saving system, namely active voltage balancing method, was proposed, which had fast and high efficient balancing speed. Its working principle was analyzed in detail, and the simulation analysis for the supercapacitor module in sedes was performed after the voltage balancing circuit was designed. The results show that this method for balancing voltages can avoid over-voltage of each cell and possess practicable and high value for supercapecitor RTG energy-saving system.
