摘　　要：针对ZH195型柴油机机体的结构特点,利用有限元分析方法对其进行了自由模态和约束模态的有限元分析。采用兰索斯法计算出了机体前十五阶自由模态和约束模态的固有频率及相应振型,通过振型分析找到了机体振动的薄弱部位并提出了相应的改进措施,为机体结构的改进设计及其动态响应分析提供了理论依据。Free and constraint modal finite element analysis was conducted on the ZH195 diesel engine block using FEA according to its structural characteristics. The natural frequencies and corresponding vibration modes of the first fifteen steps of the block were worked out using Lanczos method. By the analysis of vibration modes, the weak spots of the block were found and corresponding improved schemes were brought forward. The analysis results supplied a theoretical support to improve the structural design and the dynamic response analysis of the block.
