摘 要:分析了制造业企业中制造资源协同共享的重要性和需求的迫切性,以及解决资源协同共享的困难和挑战。简单叙述了OGSA,并详细分析了对企业的制造资源进行网格化封装以形成网格服务,以及网格服务的注册和发现问题,设计出基于网格服务的资源协同共享系统框架,并实现了制造网格资源的封装,为最终解决制造资源最佳配置以及与流程控制等相关问题奠定理论基础,为提高企业竞争力提供先进的切实可行的实现途径。This paper analyzed the importance and the urgent demand from manufacturing industrial enterprises on collaboration and manufacture resource sharing in manufacture industry,the main difficulties and challenges to solve collaboration and sharing of resource was identified.It simply introduced open grid services architecture(OGSA),and detailedly analyzed the encapsulation of manufacturing resources in enterprises in order to provide the grid-enabled services,registration and discover of grid services.The system framework of resource collaborative sharing was devised and the resource encapsulation of manufacturing grid based grid service was implemented.This consists of the theoretical foundation roadmap for the optimal allocation of manufacturing resources and process control as well as related issues,offered advanced practical way to improved the competitive advantage of enterprises.
