摘 要:催化脱脂具有脱脂缺陷少,脱脂速率快等优点,是目前MIM技术领域新的发展方向。采用三组不同配比的新型催化脱脂型粘结剂,研究了注射成形催化脱脂工艺中催化气体流量、脱脂温度、脱脂时间对坯块脱脂率的影响。结果表明:试样F2具有较高的催化脱脂率和较好的脱脂质量;采用HNO3催化气体通入速度为0.050mL/min对该试样在120℃进行催化脱脂,经过5 h可基本脱除POM,脱脂率达到88.5%,已经形成完成连通的孔道。The catalytic debinding is a new technique Of metal injection molding (MIM) due to it's inherent advantages-less flaws, and time consumed. Three different newly catalytic debinding binders were studied. Effects of catalytic gas flow rate, debinding temperature, debinding time on binder removal were investigated. The results indicated that according to the catalytic debinding rate and debinding quality sample F2 was the best,POM was removed basically,the debinding rate reached 88.5% and open pore channels were formed when the sample F2 was immersed in nitric acid atmosphere for 5 h at 120℃ ,with a nitric acid feed rate of 0. 005mL/min.
