大连市首批典型公共建筑能耗统计分析

摘　　要：概述了大连市进行能耗统计的20栋建筑基本概况;以建筑能源总帐单为基础,提出了建筑与采暖空调实际费耗比和费耗比标煤倍数等新的能耗评价指标。介绍了大连市机关办公建筑、大型商场和酒店宾馆三类建筑实际能耗统计结果,分析了能耗指标分布范围和统计特性,对确定大连市该类建筑与采暖空调能耗定额大小、建立建筑节能监管体系具有直接利用价值和指导意义。This paper firstly summarizes basic information of the twenty public buildings in Dalian on which energy consumption has been finished. Several new energy consumption indexes, such as the ratio of practical energy consumption to energy consumption for the building or heating, ventilating and air-conditioning （HVAC） system, multiple of standard coal for building and HVAC system, are put forward based on the building energy consumption bill. Then, the paper presents the practical building energy consumption statistics results in Dalian for government building, shopping mall and hotel building, and analyzes the distribution ranges of all the energy consumption indexes of the buildings and their HVAC systems and the statistics characteristics of the indexes. The energy consumption statistics results in this paper will be valuable to study and confirm the scientific ranges of the energy consumption for above three sorts of the buildings and be important to set up building energy efficiency monitoring and management system in Dalian.
